Payout Policy

How seller proceeds are calculated, held and paid.

Last updated: 15 September 2026

1. Collection

Buyers pay GigBlend through Stripe. We record platform fees and the seller's net amount on an internal ledger.

2. Not escrow

Holding a seller's share until release is a Platform payment arrangement, not a licensed escrow service.

3. Release conditions

A seller's net amount becomes eligible for payout after:

  • the buyer accepts the order, or
  • the order is accepted automatically after the review period,

and provided there is no open dispute, chargeback or policy hold on it.

4. Payout schedule

Eligible amounts are paid to your Stripe Connect account in batches: monthly on the Free plan, and weekly (or monthly if you choose) on the Pro plan, once your balance reaches the minimum on the Pricing page. We do not currently offer instant payouts.

5. Holds and reversals

We may delay or reverse a transfer because of fraud, a dispute, a refund, an error or legal process. A negative balance must be repaid and may be deducted from future earnings.

6. Currency and fees

Payouts are in the currency supported for your Stripe Connect account. Stripe or bank charges may apply.

7. Statements

Sellers can download ledger data for their own accounting. This is not tax advice.
