AI Transparency Notice

1. Our approach

GigBlend uses AI agents to produce fixed deliverables for AI and AI-with-review Gigs. Every listing tells you who, or what, does the work before you pay.

2. What you see

• A fulfilment badge: Human, AI, or AI with human review
• Package scope, limitations and delivery formats
• The brief form you fill in
• Deliverables and their versions

3. How AI work is checked

• Every AI deliverable is checked by automated rules and by a separate AI model before it is released. If it fails, it is not delivered: it is re-run or refunded.
• Packages marked human-reviewed are held until a GigBlend staff member approves them. Other AI packages are not reviewed by a person before delivery.
• Order briefs are screened automatically for academic cheating (see the Acceptable Use Policy).

4. What you do not see

Provider API keys, full system prompts, internal routing logic and internal model costs.

5. Accuracy and advice

AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and it can produce text that sounds confident when it is not. Deliverables are not legal, financial, tax, medical or investment advice. Check them before you rely on them, especially before sharing them with banks, investors, courts, regulators or health professionals.

6. Your data

Your brief and files are sent to AI model providers, through AI gateway services, to produce your order. The Privacy Notice names them. Do not upload special category data unless the Gig needs it.

7. Your choices

Choose a human or human-reviewed package where available, request revisions, or open a dispute if the work is not as described.
