Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited and restricted uses of GigBlend.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of GigBlend.

1. Prohibited services and content You may not offer, request, upload or deliver: - Credential theft, phishing kits, malware, ransomware, unauthorised intrusion - Fraud, scams, deceptive reviews, fake social engagement or referral fraud - Identity impersonation or forged documents - Academic cheating presented as original assessed work - Harassment, doxxing, stalking or unlawful surveillance - Sexual exploitation or content involving minors - Illegal goods/services or clear facilitation of crime - Copyright piracy or large-scale IP infringement - Services guaranteeing legal, medical, financial or investment outcomes - Evasion of Platform fees or payment controls - Manipulative political activity where prohibited by law

2. Sensitive categories (allowed only with controls) May be permitted with disclaimers, human review or extra checks: - Legal document drafting (not formal advice unless qualified human engaged) - Financial forecasts (not regulated advice) - Health information formatting (not medical advice) - Defensive cybersecurity with authorisation - Employment documents - Public-record research

3. Messaging and off-Platform conduct No sharing of personal contact details or off-Platform payment methods to circumvent the Platform before a paid order, except where required inside a purchased deliverable or approved for service performance. We may detect and act on leakage patterns disclosed for moderation.

4. Enforcement We may warn, restrict, suspend, ban, remove content, cancel orders, reverse or withhold payouts where lawful, and report to authorities. Appeals: support@gig-blend.com.

5. Reporting Report abuse via in-product tools or support@gig-blend.com.
