1. Platform IP GigBlend software, branding, design system, agent frameworks and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited licence to use the Platform as permitted.

2. Your content You retain rights in materials you upload. You grant us a worldwide licence to host, process, transmit and display that content to operate the Platform and fulfil orders (including AI processing where purchased).

3. Seller warranties Sellers warrant deliverables do not infringe third-party rights and that they can grant the buyer licence below.

4. Licence to buyers (default) Unless a Gig states otherwise, upon full payment and delivery acceptance (or auto-acceptance), the buyer receives a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the deliverable for their internal business purposes, including commercial use of the finished work product. Resale of the deliverable as a competing template marketplace product is prohibited without written permission.

Exclusive assignment of IP, if offered, must be stated in the Gig.

5. Portfolio use Sellers may not use confidential buyer materials in public portfolios without permission. Anonymised non-confidential samples may be allowed if the Gig permits.

6. AI training We do not grant model providers rights to train public foundation models on your private order files beyond what their API data-usage terms and our configuration allow. Operator should enable zero-retention / no-training options where available and material.

7. Infringement notices Send IP complaints to legal@gig-blend.com with URL, description of work, and statement of good faith.
