Intellectual Property & Licensing Policy

1. Platform IP

GigBlend software, branding, design and documentation belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Platform as these terms allow.

2. Your content

You keep the rights in material you upload. You give us permission to host, process, transmit and display it as needed to run the Platform and fulfil your orders, including sending it to AI providers for Gigs you buy.

3. Seller promises

Sellers promise that deliverables do not infringe anyone's rights and that they can grant the licence below.

4. Your licence to deliverables

Unless a Gig says otherwise, once you have paid and the order is accepted (or auto-accepted), you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the deliverable for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You may not resell the deliverable as a template or stock product without permission. Any exclusive assignment of rights must be stated in the Gig.

AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright in the same way as human-created work, and other people may receive similar AI output. We do not promise that you can stop others using similar material.

5. Portfolio use

Sellers may not show a buyer's confidential material in a portfolio without the buyer's permission.

6. AI training

We do not use your order content to train AI models. Whether an AI provider keeps or uses the content of requests is governed by that provider's terms; see the Privacy Notice.

7. Infringement notices

Send intellectual property complaints to legal@gig-blend.com, with the page address, a description of the work, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them, or use https://gig-blend.com/report.
